– 1 cup all-purpose flour
– 2 large eggs
– 1 ¼ cups milk (or dairy-free alternative)
– 2 tbsp Grove Avocado Oil
– 1 tbsp sugar or honey
– 1 tsp vanilla extract
– Pinch of salt
– 1 cup whipped cream or coconut cream
– 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
– ½ cup fresh raspberries
– 1–2 tbsp powdered sugar (optional)
– Drizzle of honey or maple syrup (optional)
In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, eggs, milk, Grove Avocado Oil, sugar, vanilla, and salt until smooth.
Let the batter rest for 10–15 minutes.
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
Lightly brush with a little Grove Avocado Oil.
Pour about ¼ cup batter into the pan, swirling to coat evenly.
Cook 1–2 minutes per side, until lightly golden. Repeat until batter is finished.
Spread whipped cream inside each crepe, then layer with strawberries and raspberries.
Fold or roll the crepes into elegant Valentine-style wraps.
Top with extra whipped cream, fresh berries, and a light dusting of powdered sugar.
Add a drizzle of honey for extra romance.
