Last year I made the switch from using Olive Oil to using Grove Avocado Oil.
I have never looked back - I love using it in cooking and for salad dressings.
Trouble is I use it in everything. So I go through 2-3 bottles a week!
When cooking rice for an asian dish; I always put Lime Avocado Oil in the rice. One tablespoon per cup of rice!
