Preheat oven to 200C and grease and line a baking loaf with parchment paper. In a large bowl combine both flours, baking powder, baking soda, sunflower seeds, quinoa and sesame seeds. Stir in grated beetroot. Make a whale in the center and pour in avocado oil and butter milk. Using a spatula combine the mixture together until you have a soft and sticky dough. Transfer the dough into the prepared baking loaf. Brush with avocado oil and sprinkle with additional seeds on top. Bake for 1 hour or until golden brown and fully cooked. Leave to cool completely before slicing. Enjoy!
