Cook pasta according to the package directions.
In a bowl zest one lemon and squeeze out the juices out of all 3 lemons.
Add in avocado oil, Parmesan and season to taste.
Whisk everything together until creamy and smooth.
Drain pasta, reserving 1/2 cup of pasta cooking water and return pasta to the pot.
Pour over the lemon sauce and give your pasta a toss. Add some of the reserved pasta cooking water to make the sauce thinner.
Garnish with fresh basil, serve and enjoy right away!
