Filled with savoury, salty flavours, this dip makes for the perfect appetiser to wow guests and takes less than 5 minutes to make!
– 1/2 cup Grove Extra Virgin Avocado oil
– 1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
– 2 cloves of garlic, finely diced
– 1 cup chopped mixed olives of your choice
– ½ cup chopped sundried tomatoes
– ¼ cup parmesan cheese
– 1/3 cup sliced almonds
– 1/3 cup chopped fresh parsley
– 1 tsp oregano
– 1 tsp smoked paprika
– ½ tsp chilli flakes
– Salt and pepper to taste
To serve:
– Fresh crusty bread of your choice (sourdough focaccia or seeded loaf works well)
