Mix the yeast, sugar, honey and warm water together in a small bowl and allow to sit for 5 minutes.
Place flour and salt into a mixer with a dough hook, then add the yeast mix and Grove Avocado oil, then mix on a slow speed until dough has come together.
Increase speed and kneed for 8-10 minutes.
Remove from the mixer, place in a bowl, cover with a damp tea towel and prove in a warm place for 1 hour or until doubled in size.Â
Take out of the bowl, kneed quickly and divide into four balls, cover with a damp tea towel and allow to prove again for 1 hour.
Roll or stretch your dough into thin circles, leaving the edges a little thicker.
Sprinkle with some parmesan and red onions then top with prosciutto, avocado and mozzarella and bake in a hot oven or pizza oven until crispy and golden.
Remove from the oven and top with some rocket and finish with a drizzle of Grove Avocado Oil.
