Loaded Avocado Oil Dip

Serves 4 – 6

Filled with savoury, salty flavours, this dip makes for the perfect appetiser to wow guests and takes less than 5 minutes to make!

Product Used

Extra Virgin Avocado Oil

Ingredients

– 1/2 cup Grove Extra Virgin Avocado oil
– 1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
– 2 cloves of garlic, finely diced
– 1 cup chopped mixed olives of your choice
– ½ cup chopped sundried tomatoes
– ¼ cup parmesan cheese
– 1/3 cup sliced almonds
– 1/3 cup chopped fresh parsley
– 1 tsp oregano
– 1 tsp smoked paprika
– ½ tsp chilli flakes
– Salt and pepper to taste

To serve:
– Fresh crusty bread of your choice (sourdough focaccia or seeded loaf works well)

Method

  1. Add Grove Extra Virgin Avocado oil and balsamic vinegar to a shallow bowl or lipped dinner plate.
  2. Stir to mix.
  3. From there, add the remaining ingredients, stirring occasionally as you go.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Serve with freshly baked focaccia or crusty bread. Enjoy!!
